Rawal Shri Mallinath Cattle Horse fair( Balotra Horse Fair )  is one of the leading horse fair of India. It is Held after 11th day of Holi (Gyaras) at Tilwara Balotra  at the basin of Maruganga the Luni River near Tilwara Dist Barmer Rajasthan.

This Cattle Fair is 700 years old  traditional Rajasthani Fair,  helds in remeberence of the Saint ruler of Malani Province Rawal Shri Mallinath .

The fair is popular among the people with various names, The Balotra Horse Fair, The Chaitri Mela, The Tilwara Mala, Shri Mallinath Pashu Mela Tilwara.

Thousands of animal traders, animal rearers, the shopkeepers, artisans,  from various states of the country and rural folk participate every year at the Luni River Basin  .

It is the world most famous Cattle Fair specially for the Horse breeds , The Marwari, Sindhi  Kathiyawadi, The Punjabi Horse .

Moreover the various breed of bulls, camels, and buffaloes are also brought for trade.

It is a rich cultural heritage of Marwar Rajasthan.
