रावल श्री मल्लीनाथ मालानी प्रांत के संत शासक थे।  मारवाड़ी लोग उन्हें लोक देवता मानते हैं।  रावल श्री मल्लीनाथ मंदिर राजस्थान के तिलवाड़ा बोरावास के पास लूनी नदी के तट पर स्थित है।  मंदिर के पास हिंदू परंपरा के अनुसार हर साल चैत्र वदी ग्यारस पर एक पशु मेला आयोजित किया जाता है।  विभिन्न राज्यों से हजारों पशु व्यापारी, पशुपालक, किसान और ग्रामीण लोग एवं आम लोग मेले का दौरा करते हैं और अपने मवेशी पशुओं का व्यापार करते है। मल्लीनाथ पशु मेला लोगों के बीच बालोतरा घोड़ा मेला, तिलवाड़ा मेला और चेत्री मेला जैसे विभिन्न नामों से लोकप्रिय है।  हर साल होली के ग्यारहवें दिन के बाद जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा झंडा फहराने के साथ इसकी विधिवत शुरुआत होती है और 15 मेला दिनों तक चलता है।  मेले के दौरान राज्य ,केंद्र सरकार और गैर सरकारी संगठनों द्वारा कई सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियाँ  और प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की जाती हैं।

Rawal Shri Mallinath was the saint rular of Malani province. He is regarded as folk deity by the Marwari folk. Rawal Shri Mallinath temple is located at the bank of Luni river near Tilwara Borawas Rajasthan. A cattle fair is held every year on The Cher Vadi Gyras according to Hindu clander near by the temple.  Thousands of  livestock traders, animal rearers, farmers and rural folk and common people from the different states 

visited the fair and trade their livestock.The Mallinath Cattle fair is popular among the people with different names like Balotra Horse Fair, Tilwara Mela and Chetri Mela . It duly started after eleventh day of Holi every year with the unfurling of the Flag by the district collector and last till 15 days. Many cultural activities are organised by the State  Central Govt & NGOs during the fair.
